The grenadine created by capella is just like the real thing, we would advise to use this as a mixer as it is quite a bitter flavour but is great for toning down mixes that are a little to sweet. You can create a bitter sweet cocktail and replicate your favourite cocktail, how about a Zombie, Shirley temple or Pink lady.
