Returns Policy

Returns for defective, damaged, missing goods

1). If you happen to have a defective product or missing an item you need to get in touch via email Claims must be made within 48 hours, you will need to keep all packaging for the return.

2).Once Rainbowvapes receives the returned goods, if applicable, they will be inspected & tested,

  • if the product is defective we can offer a refund or replacement
  • if damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear & tear, or if the product works no refund can be given and to get the product back you will have to pay additional postage.
  • coils & disposable vapes returns will only be accepted if dead on arrival.

3). While you have the goods they are owed by you, you have the duty to organize shipping for the return, if the goods are deemed as faulty after inspection we will refund the return postage.

We will refund return shipping up to the value of 2nd class Royal Mail.

4). If you paid for a faster delivery initially, we will only refund our lowest priced shipping option.

5). Remember to add your name, order number and details inside of the return
