Returns Policy

Returns for defective, damaged, or missing goods

1). If you happen to have a defective product or missing an item, you need to get in touch via email. Claims must be made within 48 hours; you will need to keep all packaging for the return.

We do not accept returns on-

  • Taste of e-liquids
  • Opened e-liquids
  • Charger ports on devices using 18650 batteries (you need a separate charger for these)
  • Items over the 30 days guarantee


2). Once Rainbowvapes receives the returned goods, if applicable, they will be inspected & tested,

  • if the product is defective, we can offer a refund or replacement
  • If damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or if the product does not work, no refund can be given, and you will have to pay additional postage to get the product back.
  • coils & disposable vape returns will only be accepted if dead on arrival.

3). While you have the goods they are owed by you, you have the duty to organise shipping for the return; if the goods are deemed as faulty after inspection, we will refund the return postage.

We will refund return shipping up to the value of 2nd class Royal Mail.

4). If you paid for a faster delivery initially, we will only refund our lowest-priced shipping option.
