This has to be hands down one of the best biscuit concentres on the market its very strong and packs a punch, i use .25 - .75 and depending on the recipe, i have used it at 1% in some of my recipes, it will add a grainy texture it is a must have for bakeries in my opinion it can totally change a recipe.
It has a sweet sugary taste with a slitght buttery, slightly nutty, and a savory, crisp, and dry flavour the texture is perfect digestive biscuit type i use it alot in combination with many other flavours its not a stand alone flavour but it will add depth and texture with that digestive biscuit taste, you don't need much but its definitely used alot in my recipes..
I love bakeries and this is one of my most used ingredients for bases to build from a good finisher.
Cant say enough good things about INW Biscuit. Makes the perfect crust, compliments Custard like a champ, goes well with FA Apple Pie. Love this flavor.
It reminds me slightly of Biscoff cookies. Maybe I am the only odd ball smelling or tasting those notes but I think it is delicious! It is a keeper whether you taste Biscoff or Nilla Wafer lol.
Very rich, very buttery wafer biscuit. Perfect for lighter type bakery flavors, where you don't want to weigh your recipe down.
Best biscuit for diy liquids
Rich buttery body, not much of crunchyness , but pairs well with almost every biscuit. At 1% it has very rich buttery base and stands out in a mix. Less than 1% it blends well with dough, as well as heavy creams at around 0,4-0,6%.
no words about it , a must have , 5/5
This goes excellent with biscuity recipes like a jammie dodger or a custard cream, highly recommend
