    Great strong flavour. Difficult to describe what it tastes like, but if you like darker fruits like blueberry & blackberry, you should like this. Mix 3-4% and steep for a week or two.

    Very strong concentrate where the mixer has to be very careful re percentages. I would start around 0.5% for a side note and no higher than 3% for a main note in the profile. One of those where you have to 'suck-it-and-see' because it is so unique in a recipe. Fruity and sort of marzipan note, with a little cherry creeping in. A very versatile fruit in any fruity, citrusy blend.
