Nicely Balanced

I first discovered this concentrate in Portugal and I have come to prefer it to the Inawera version. I find the Molinberry version to be better balanced and mellower than the Inawera, and because it is less concentrated it is easier to use. I normally mix at 8% for a standalone, but will jack it up to 10% in the winter to clear the tubes if I get a cold. I find this flavour plays nicely in fruit mixes particularly with Molinberry's Frozen Black Forest Fruits. I have also recently been experimenting with using this in recipes which call for FW Extreme Ice to substitute Eucalyptus for the Wintergreen flavour of the latter. I realise that Eucalyptus can be a marmite flavour, but if you like it, I can recommend this Molinberry concentrate.
