Pear Inawera flavour concentrate

Not so much an authentic "fruit" flavour, more like pear candy. Very juicy though, so it can be added to impart wetness to a mix, and works great to support apple flavours.

I love the strong concentrates from Inawera, this one included, but I am struggling to nail it down to a nice authentic pear flavour, i find it has a very nice 'pear drops' flavour to it even at a fairly low percentage. Great flavour, I will be using it a lot i think.

Great flavour, a little bit of a pear zest in a background but what you feel the most is a juicy, ripe pear. The best A mount for me is 12-15 drops for 10ml of juice.
