Awesome flavour - may well have supplanted CAP NYC as my go-to flavour for making cheesecake recipes. It's not quite as versatile as CAP, only cos it is a full cheesecake, complete with a perfect proportion of Graham Cracker crust, while CAP has virtually none of that. This is an extremely authentic vanilla baked cheesecake. Rich, thick, creamy, slightly tangy. No butyric acid/rancid dairy note, or any other off-notes. Just delicious. Highly concentrated - 2% is extremely full flavoured. Get this for sure.

This is a great flavour and i will defo be getting more
perfect balance between cheesecake and crust. thick and very tasty but with a bit of that "dirty socks" note so not really a solo flavor. quite prominent at 3% but it can go a little higher as well
Best balanced cheesecake I’ve tried, (and I’ve tried most) good balance between the cheesecake and biscuit layer for a change ie Capella all topping and tfa mostly base. Great creamy mouthfeel with a solid biscuit layer. Mixed at 3.5% in a recipe
This is a realy nice cheesecake buttery biscuit base with a tangy cheesy note even better when mixed with tfa cheesecake with graham cracker
