Yeah, not bad at all, but not exactly a must have, IMO. Pretty accurate to the taste of brown sugar, can actually veer in the direction of caramel, used over 1%, but this isn't exactly a bad thing, considering how tricky it seems to be to make an actually decent caramel concentrate. Didn't notice any glaring off flavours, and it's sweet, so guess it does it's job ok. I got this because it's in so many recipes online, but tbh I didn't really think it added a whole lot. If ur on a budget you can probably sub or even just skip this, and ur recipes won't suffer notably for the omission.
