Crunchy frosted cookie silverline concentrate by Capella.

This flavour is in Capella's budget silverline range and is far from a budget concentrate. The taste of a buttery cookie which melts in your mouth with sugary icing works well as a stand alone vape. This can be combined with other flavours too. Cookie is a very versatile flavour, more so than you would imagine, we combined cookie with lime and ice and while that sounds terrible it is a really fantastic vape which has become one of our favourite e-liquids.
