Holy cow reaches us in a 100ml shortfill bottle. There's space for a couple of nicotine shots in there, too, as the bottle has 20ml of extra space inside. It can be vaped in 0mg as is, or adding two 18mg shots to the liquid will boost the strength to 3mg. We also cater to all by supplying 9mg nic shots if required; these create a 1.5mg mix.
